Johnson, has consulted a wide variety of US companies in Going Public on the

Mr. Phillip D. Johnson
is President and Chief Executive Officer of EuroAmerican Corporation. Born in
Abilene, Kansas, Mr. Johnson attended Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma,
and completed studies at Louisiana State University, in Louisiana. His studies
included International Business, Finance, and Investment Banking.
Between 1973 and currently, Mr. Johnson has founded and managed a wide range of
different businesses.
Mr. Johnson has founded and owned companies in the Financial and Insurance
Industry, the Energy Industry, the Communications and Television Industry, the
High Tech Industry, and has served as an Officer and Director of several US
public corporations.
For various clients in numerous projects in the US, the Caribbean and almost all
European countries, Mr. Johnson has syndicated over $3 Billion.
Mr. Stefan Witt
is Executive Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of EuroAmerican
Corporation.
Mr. Witt was born and raised in Schleswig-Holstein (Northern Germany). He
attended the German Air Force Fighter Pilots Screening Program and graduated
from the Air Force Academy in the city of Fürstenfeldbruck near Munich. Mr. Witt
served his country as a Commanding Officer until 1989. He maintains residence in
the Munich Area for more than twenty years.
Mr. Witt’s career has included many executive positions in the financial and
consulting business; including Managing Director of an international Brokerage
Firm; Managing Director of Investment Funds; and President and Chairman of a
corporation consulting European companies about business opportunities in the
United States.
Mr. Witt improved his skills at various considerable consulting projects in the
United States, the Carribean and Europe. He served as an Officer and Director of
several US corporations.
Mr. Ronald C. Allison
is a Senior Investment Banker and a Member of the Board of Directors of
EuroAmerican Corporation. He was most recently the Director of Corporate Finance
for First Financial Investment Securities in Austin, Texas, USA. Mr. Allison's
clients have included hotels and golf courses, television productions, golf club
manufacturers, high technology firms, software consulting firms, and other
publicly traded and privately held companies.
Mr. Allison has successfully launched many IPOs. Mr. Allison structured the
first buyout of lottery winnings in the State of Texas, which changed the
structure of that business in the state. He has also been a principal force in
the insurance business. He installed Citicorp as a stationary broker for all
trades (bids and offers) for more than $10 Billion (combined) in fixed
securities and has represented Nations Bank in their quest for business with
state agencies/pension funds.
Mr. Allison has represented Bear Stearns Asset Management and Paine Webber.
Mr. Dennis H. Kyger,
Special Advisor to the Board of Directors of EuroAmerican Corporation, is the
founder and CEO of The Strategy Group (TSG). Since 1986 TSG has provided
Executive Management Services and other professional services to various
companies, publicly traded or privately held. Mr. Kyger has been an independent
business advisor to other executives and Boards of Directors. His education,
received at the United States Naval Academy and UCLA, was followed by
increasingly important positions in aerospace, information technology marketing
and management.
Mr. Kyger has assisted clients in the formation of companies, the expansion of
companies, the diversification and acquisition of companies, and in the
improvement of stock value for shareholders. Recent interim management
engagements have included being the Chief Executive Officer for a software
development and telecommunication systems company, and as the Executive Vice
President & COO for a publicly traded research, technology development and
manufacturing company.
